i’m feeling very discouraged but being told to come in next week for a follow up and to proceed with next steps. I’m very worried and feeling pretty heartbroken right now. she also told us that the baby is measuring at about 9 weeks, and i should be 10.5ish weeks along by now apparently. We went in for the first sonogram today (i’m 10 weeks i think - my last period started 7/17) and after a few minutes of looking around the doctor looked at my husband who was taking a video and said “you should stop recording and you might want to delete that video because i don’t have good news” and proceeded to tell us there’s no heartbeat.
i’m 23 and this is my first pregnancy and was feeling very excited until this morning.
